After-sales Service Commitment
The warranty period for each device is one year from the date of on-site installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance. During the warranty period, if the device fails, Party B shall bear all repair costs if it is confirmed by both parties that it is a quality problem of the device itself. If the failure is not caused by the quality of the machine tool itself, our company will also fully cooperate with the repair on time.
If your company is within a radius of 400 km from our company (including offices), we will respond to the customer within 1 hour. If after-sales personnel need to be on-site for processing, they can arrive within 24 hours.
If your company is outside a radius of 400 km from our company (including offices), we will respond to the customer within 1 hour. If after-sales personnel need to be on-site for processing, they can arrive within 48 hours.
If the machine tool needs to replace parts, common spare parts are in stock at our offices in various places and can be delivered to the user's site within 1 day.
If the machine tool needs to replace parts, special parts can be sent directly from the company headquarters by express delivery and can arrive at the user's site within 3 days.

① The installation and commissioning time for each vertical machining center under 1 meter (inclusive) is 1 to 2 days;
② The installation and commissioning time for each vertical machining center over 1 meter is 2 to 4 days;
③ The installation and commissioning time for gantry machining centers under 4 meters (inclusive) is 15 to 20 days;
④ The installation and commissioning time for gantry machining centers over 4 meters and under 8 meters (inclusive) is 15 to 30 days;
⑥ The installation and commissioning time for gantry machining centers over 8 meters and under 13 meters (inclusive) is 2 to 4 months;
The installation and commissioning time for each horizontal machining center is 9 to 15 days;
The installation and commissioning time for each horizontal milling and boring machine is 15 to 30 days;
The installation and commissioning time for each vertical boring and milling machine is 1 to 3 months;
Equipment operation training is 1 to 2 days.
