FAQ
What's the difference between linear and box guideways on this model?
X/Y axes use linear guideways for speed and accuracy; Z axis uses hardened box guideways for heavy cutting stability-optimized for mold and tooling work.
Can I machine hardened steel (>HRC 45)?
Not recommended for continuous use. The machine is optimized for materials up to HRC 45. For hardened steel, consider our high-torque horizontal models.
Is through-spindle coolant (CTS) available?
Yes-as a factory-installed option with high-pressure pump (up to 30 bar).
Do you support local service partners?

How is thermal deformation controlled?
The cast iron structure has symmetric rib design; ball screws are pre-stretched and thermally compensated via CNC software.
