The BV1160L is a mineral-cast vertical machining center with a BT40 spindle and 1,100 × 600 × 600 mm travel, built for stable, accurate milling of medium-sized molds, automotive parts, and industrial components in aluminum, steel, and other alloys.

Export Crating
The machine is mounted on a steel skid and packed in an ISPM 15-certified wooden crate for secure shipping.

Coolant and hydraulic systems are fully drained and nitrogen-purged to prevent internal corrosion.

FAQ
Can it machine stainless steel or titanium?
Yes-standard spindle handles 304/316 stainless well. For titanium, use lower RPM and high-pressure coolant; a high-torque option is available.
Are linear scales included?
Yes-grating rulers on X/Y/Z are standard for full closed-loop control.
What's the lead time?
30–40 working days after deposit for standard configuration.
Is FANUC the only control option?
No-we also offer Siemens 828D, Mitsubishi M80, and SYNTEC as factory-installed options.
